Nikki Meschishnick, CAIB, CAPPA | Broker Principal
Broker Principal
Nikki and her husband, Derek, are avid sports enthusiasts and enjoy watching the local ball and hockey teams, she has coached many minor hockey teams and managed minor ball teams over the years. She currently sits on the Iron Horse Kindersley Klippers board of directors, and the Kindersley Regional Park board. She has two daughters, Korie Reinbold and Sloan Clark, and 3 grand daughters, Collins, Reide & Lenyn Reinbold, and has also been a billet mom for the Kindersley Klippers going on 20 years.
Outside of the office, Nikki spends her time golfing, bowling & curling and in the summer months at the lake.
Darlene Senn, CAIB
Broker
Darlene joined Kelly Insurance on May 8, 2006. She was born and raised in Kindersley. Darlene and her husband Blaine, daughter Jessica, son-in-law Riley and grandson Harrison enjoy trips to the lake at Aquadeo Beach Resort. They all enjoy fishing, swimming, golf, spending time with all family and friends (numerous meals including fish feeds) and basking in the sun. Darlene received her CAIB designation as of October 2009. Darlene especially likes all the relationships that she has forged over the years while working with Kelly Insurance.
Carol Strong
Motor License Issuer
Carol joined the Kelly Insurance team in April of 2021. She was born in North Battleford but has lived in Kindersley since the age of 4. Carol spent the past few years at Meota Lake, where she began her career in the insurance industry as a Motor License Issuer and Auto Advisor at Meota Agencies. Carol has 2 children and 7 grandchildren. Carol loves to swim, golf, and spend time with her grand babies.
Cindy Zapanta
Motor License Issuer
Cindy was born and raised the Philippines. She started working at the age of 16 and has been working overseas for more than 15 years now. Cindy came to Canada (Kindersley, SK) in 2012 and started work with Kelly Insurance in July 2016. Her major focus is on Motor License Issuing and receptionist duties. She says she is extremely happy and thankful to work in the office and is enjoying all the challenges and learning experiences.
Chloe Murray, CAIB
Broker
Chloe was raised on a farm near Wadena, SK. She began her insurance career at Insurance Matters in Wadena, SK, in November 2020. Chloe received her full CAIB designation in March of 2022. She says her favorite part of insurance is being able to explain a client’s policy so that they understand better when they walk out of the office than when they walked in. She enjoys being able to provide peace of mind coverage for a client’s investments that they have spent their hard-earned money on.
When Chloe gets to head back home to Wadena, she enjoys spending time with family & friends and helping out on the family farm. Some other hobbies that Chloe enjoys are golfing, hunting, spending time at the lake & curling up with a good book.
Chloe says she looks forward to getting to know Kindersley & the clients of Kelly Insurance and can’t wait to expand her insurance knowledge.

Roland Ricard
Broker
Roland started working at Kelly Insurance in 2013. He has gained knowledge in providing fair quotes and useful information for commercial policies from SGI, Wawanesa, SMI, Portage Mutual, and MyMutual Insurance. Roland looks forward to helping new and current business owners with finding a policy that fits their budget and their insurance goals. Roland enjoys golf and bowling and is a member of the Kindersley Players.
Lila Pidkowich
Motor License Issuer
She is excited to begin her new journey in the insurance/motor licensing world. She’s always been motivated by desire to help others and is dedicated to bringing that same passion to her new role.
When she’s not at work, she spends her time with her family, finding peace in her garden or heading out on the open road on the motorcycle with her hunny.
Taytum Beckman
Motor License Issuer
Taytum is currently a Motor License issuer, and is excited to work her way up and explore the different insurances opportunities, with her end goal to be a fully licensed CAIB. She enjoys meeting new people, and being able help them the best she can.
Growing up Taytum played softball and other high school sports and is now glad to have the opportunity to volunteer and help with the younger teams.
When Taytum is not at work, she will either be with the people she loves most, her family and best friends, shopping, or listening to music she steals from her dad.
We are excited to have Taytum at Kelly Insurance and look forward to mentoring her on her path to becoming an insurance professional.
